Black, white and navy are my usual go-to's but this week I have been going straight for accents of grey (maybe the weathers influencing me...rain, rain go away!). I love sticking to a monochromatic look but it's fun to add some texture and tone through small, simple elements.
The Knit Beanie
This oversized cable knit beanie was a sneaky borrow from my sisters wardrobe and I can't get enough of it...sorry sis, but I might be hanging onto this one! I am all about the cross body bag, it's easy, understated and still big enough to carry everything I need. The shorts and stockings combo is working for this weather - I collect shorts more than just about anything, so being able to wear them in Winter is super important to getting the most out of my wardrobe. Sometimes it's good to mix it up while staying warm. An oversized black jumper is just about my favorite piece of clothing and this one is comfortable and has a good textural element with the piping design.

The Vintage Tee
Leather jackets and vintage tee's always work. This "controversial" print tee is relaxed, just old enough to look worn but not falling apart and is the perfect crew neckline for the choker necklace to sit on.

The Cami
I love a v neck cami, this one is great for layering in winter as it's a stretch knit and not too light. While similar to the Vintage tee look, this is slightly more dressy and the choker necklace looks more delicate with the lower neckline.
