Pops of colour, silver details, vintage scores, ear bling and a couple of old favorites.
A wrap up of all the accessories I am loving this week...
Loose Knit Scarf
This vintage scarf is the perfect shade of violet grey - the colour of the season thanks to the 'chic geek' trend at Gucci care of newly appointed Creative Director Allesandro Michele. Pastels usually aren't my thing at all but this scarf is brightening my Winter days and inspiring me to add some more colour to my wardrobe.
Cut Out Ankle Boots & Studded Bag
These cut out ankle boots are Sportsgirl, I love them for the buckle detailing, pointed toe and friendly price tag! The bag is Zara, I almost talked myself out of it because I thought it was "impracticable" but it has actually been the most worn, useful bag I own because it doubles as a going out bag as well as a quick everyday bag.
Stacking rings is part of my daily routine, I don't even think about it - before I walk out the door I layer on the silver. I am loving midi rings at the moment and, as always, anything silver. My rings are really special to me, I collect them and I can't re-call where 99% of them are from.
I have been a longtime fan of the tights & shorts combo, it's fun, winter appropriate and allows for oversized proportions on top. I stick to a well tailored short to remain streamlined and flattering and balance the look with a wide ankle boot.
I am obsessed with ear cuffs, it's a great option for adding detail without resorting to dangley or ott earrings. This one is from Lovisa.
