I haven't had much time to post this week, it's been crazy busy and jam packed full of exciting opportunities and meetings. My Style Workshop Seminar is just over a week away and I am so thrilled to be in the final stages of preparation. Goodie bags have arrived, meetings with the suppliers and guest speakers for the Style Workshop have been packed in like stylish little sardines and on top of that I have been down the coast and am headed away again this weekend for a little time out in the country aka Bowral.
I sat down last week with the Editor of Feed Media which comprises of Out In Canberra, Out In Sydney, Out In Apline, Out In Newcastle and Out In Wollongong, The Canberran and The Shaker. I had the pleasure of answering a quick Q&A all about my journey in the fashion industry, my personal styling business and blog - The Style Side, the Style Workshop and the local fashion scene here in Canberra.

I have been cramming in the meetings this week in preparation for the Style Workshop so was great to schedule one for after work and enjoy a drink/meeting. I sat down with the gorgeous Jemma Mrdak, one of the featured guest speakers at the upcoming Style Workshop, to answer a quick Q&A so stay tuned to her blog A Stylish Moment to read all about my own style, what guests can expect from The Style Workshop and why I currently prefer flats over heels.
I have also been doing some makeup and styling work which is a nice mix up, because while styling is predominantly what I do and what I love, I enjoy makeup artistry and it's always nice to get my creative fix wherever I can. With this in mind I have planning some editorial collaborations with local brands and I am looking forward to getting some great images out there next month.
Super excited to announce that following my Q&A late last week I was invited to be the new Style Contributor at Out In Canberra! I will be bringing you all my fortnightly round up of trends, local fashion events, interviews with inspiring creatives and covering all things style in the A.C.T.
Stay tuned at Out In Canberra for my articles - I'm incredibly passionate about developing a strong fashion network in Canberra and can't wait to get out there to interview new talent, provide styling tips, collaborate with local creatives and have a whole heap of fun xx
